Shipping Time

• Most orders are shipped via UPS ground within 3 days of being placed. An email will be sent notifying you of any items which are not in stock.

Packaging

• All orders are labeled discreetly and packaged in plain cardboard boxes.

Returns

• Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Altered items are not returnable.
• Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
• Returns must be authorized by Endless Summer Hydroponics.
• Returns without a RA # will be refused.
• Claims must be made within 15 days from receipt.
• Item must be sent Freight Pre-Paid.
• Please allow up to 10 business days for credits to be processed.

Cancellations

• Cancellations are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
• Order cancellation can only be made before shipment.
• Once shipment occurs, the return policy is in effect.

Backorders

• No backorders.
• If an item is unavailable it will be removed from the order, and you will be notified.
